Macbeth Experience Opera 

Brief: The brief's task was to create and brand a new concept for the Macbeth Opera that would attract a younger audience.

Solution: The solution was to create an immersive experience by using a liquid light show. The liquid light show would be projected on the walls and ceiling of the venue with the opera singers hidden from sight. The aim is for each colour to emit an emotion for example a violent scene would be represented by red etc.

Design: Due to the abstract and fluid nature of the concept, the design is made to resemble fluid structures. In addition, though the show and certain merch products would be carried through with a plethora of colours the main brand colours that were chosen were blue, to represent the overall feeling of the storyline. The typography is kept minimal and modern using sans serif fonts for the majority of the brand excluding the background of one of the posters that use a blackletter font for an excerpt from the play.
